AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan is out of next week’s Champions League clash with Tottenham.

The France international will remain sidelined injured for the first-leg of the round of 16 tie.

Maignan hasn’t played for 143 days, though there is hope he will be back for the second-leg on March 8.

The shot-stopper has been struggling to recover from a calf injury suffered in September.
