Arsenal and Aston Villa staff were involved in an angry confrontation as tensions boiled over during their Premier League clash.

Gunners analyst and coach Miguel Molina and Villa’s Victor Manas, who is one of manager Unai Emery’s most trusted aides, were involved in angry confrontation just seconds after Emiliano Martinez’s injury time own goal gave Arsenal a 3-2 lead.
Stewards were forced to intervene as tensions flared between the analysts, who were sat in the Villa Park press box during the encounter. Manas worked at Arsenal under Emery between 2018 and 2019.
Molina was eventually ejected from the media area.
Speaking after the game, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta said: ’No (I haven’t spoken to Miguel Molina).
‘Like anything that happens in the stands, we will look at it and address it and take action if necessary.’
When asked about the altercation, Emery replied: ‘No I didn’t see it but I’m going to ask about it.’
