Aaron Ramsdale has declared he wants to become an Arsenal legend.

The England goalkeeper is in his second season with the Gunners.
He said, “I never imagined leaving Bournemouth after a year and I never imagined leaving Sheffield United after a year. Now I have found a place where I can see myself playing for 10, 12 or 15 years. That’s the goal.
“I want to play at the top for a long time and I hope I never have to leave the club so I can become some kind of hero and legend at the club.

“From the first conversation and from the first day, he (Mikel Arteta) has said that I must be myself and that I must not hide behind an image. I knew some of the guys from previous clubs, so I could joke straight away when I got here.”
The 25-year-old’s current contract runs until 2025 with an option for another year.
