Chelsea boss Graham Potter says he’s under no illusions about his job security.

Potter knows he needs to improve results to be sure of his future in the post.
He said, “You can’t talk about the long term, because that doesn’t exist in this job. You have to recognise that there is a long-term period, but there is also a short and medium-term period, which is a challenge for us in terms of results.
“The experienced players know what we have been through. You are talking about some top professionals who know football.
“While people from the outside may have an opinion about things, these guys have been there and know the challenges we have faced. They know what situation the club has been in and what has happened.
“So it’s about helping them get through the inevitable frustration because they want to win. We all want that, and so do the supporters. That is where it has been a challenge.”
