Roma coach Jose Mourinho admits he had a staff member sent off after defeat to Napoli.

Following the end of the match, both sets of players and staff clashed, with a video that showed referee Massimiliano Irrati brandishing the red card.

The identity of the dismissal wasn’t known.

However, Mourinho tried to clarify the chaos in his post-match press conference.

“I think it was my fitness coach who was sent off,” he said, “but Irrati got it wrong because Lozano attacked one of my men.”
