The former Manchester City and Real Madrid fullback has a deal to 2024.
But Sportmediaset says Juve wish to extend that for another 12 months.
Now 31, Danilo is regarded as a leader on and off the pitch at Juve.
He has made 118 appearances across all competitions for the Bianconeri since 2019, scoring five goals and providing seven assists.
