Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has posted a heartfelt message to Barcelona after signing for Chelsea just six months after joining the Spanish side.

The forward completed a £10million move to the Blues late on deadline day, returning to London after leaving Arsenal in the winter in a deal that included Marcos Alonso heading the other way.
Posting on his Twitter account, the 33-year-old said ‘it seemed like six years’ he was with the club before wishing them the best going forward.

‘Culers, 6 months spent with you but it seemed like 6 years,’ he said.
‘All the heart that I have received is indescribable and especially these days I wish you the best and hope to see you soon.

‘Thank you family.’
Aubameyang joined Barcelona for free from Arsenal earlier this year after falling out with manager Mikel Arteta over disciplinary issues.

He scored 13 goals for the club in 24 appearances, but was likely to have found himself down the pecking order at the Nou Camp after the summer arrivals of Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha.
Chelsea were in the market for a forward and managed to deal a deal late into the night, with the Catalan side happy to receive left-back Alonso in return, who they had been chasing all summer.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, who worked with Aubameyang at Borussia Dortmund, has insisted he is not concerned about the forward’s attitude, while Aubameyang himself has vowed to ignore Chelsea’s number nine curse.
