Manchester United  are ‘willing to sell Brandon Williams’ despite his impressive loan spell at Norwich last season.

The 21-year-old will be allowed to leave for ‘around £10m’ as new United boss Erik ten Hag builds his new squad.

Williams would have struggled for play time in a team that also includes Alex Telles, Diogo Dalot, Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Speaking to The Sun in March, the fullback said: ‘I want to look back on my career and have played hundreds of games at the top level in the Premier League.

‘I feel I’m capable of doing that. I’ve showed that I can play in this league this season.’

The Sun also reported that Williams will be allowed to leave United if his £10m valuation is met.

Despite his youth, Williams has already shown he can hold his own in the Premier League.

He played 36 times for United while still a teenager in the 2019/20 season, and proved popular with fans on his loan spell at Norwich last year despite their relegation.

The fullback has also started to attract international recognition, with appearances for England U20 and U21.
