Yves Bissouma will move to Tottenham for €29m plus add-ons. There will be final contacts with Brighton today about payment terms and then the paperworks will be signed.
His trainer has confirmed that Bissouma is undergoing his medical at London. The move will be announced between Thursday-Sunday.
