According to famous journalist Romano, Manchester City are convinced that their proposal to Haaland is the best one.

…but City are still working to get Haaland deal done – as nothing has been completed/signed yet.

Haaland has 25 goals and seven assists in 26 games this season. And it is said that Real Madrid are also keen to sign him.
