Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has joined an illustrious list of Barcelona players to achieve a goalscoring feat in their 4-0 victory over Osasuna.

The Gabonese striker joined the LaLiga giants at the end of the January transfer window after Arsenal agreed to terminate his contract.
Aubameyang had previously been banished from Arsenal’s first-team set-up and stripped of the captain’s armband by Mikel Arteta.

The 32-year-old has been in fine form since arriving at the Nou Camp, scoring six goals across nine appearances in all competitions.
Against Osasuna on Sunday, he bagged his fifth LaLiga goal in six appearances.
In doing so, he became the first Barcelona player to score five goals in their first league matches since Zlatan Ibrahimovic back in 2009.

Other star players to have accomplished the feat including Brazilian legends Ronaldo and Romario, as well as Johan Cryuff.
After coming off the bench in Barcelona’s 4-2 win over Atletico Madrid last month, he scored a hat-trick on his first start in a 4-1 victory against Valencia.

He then bagged another, as Barcelona again put four past Athletic Bilbao.
After suffering their worst start to a season since 1987 with former manager Ronald Koeman, Barcelona have enjoyed a resurgence of late under club legend Xavi.

The Spaniard has overseen Barcelona’s rise from mid-table mediocrity to third in the LaLiga standings.
Since Aubameyang’s first league appearance, Barcelona have won five matches – scoring four goals on four occasions.
Another January signing making a positive impact is former Manchester City winger Ferran Torres.
Torres has scored three goals in his last two league appearances.
