Chelsea defeated Juventus by 4 goals to nil in the Uefa Champions League yesterday.
Chelsea dominated most of the possession in the first 45 minutes and deservedly took the lead against Juventus through Trevor Chalobah in the 25th minutes.
The young defender volleyed home from close range to put the Blues ahead in the first half.
Few minutes later, the host nearly leveled the scores when Alvaro Morata lift the ball over Edouard Mendy who rushed off his line, but Thiago Silva tracked back and acrobatically cleared the ball away from danger.
In the second half, Chelsea continue to dominate the midfield and two quick goals from Reece James and Callum Hudson-odoi put the host 3:0 up.
And with virtually the last kick of the game, Timo Werner fired in the fourth goal for Thomas Tuchel’s side as they cruised to victory.
