Tottenham striker Harry Kane has been thrust head-on into the summer’s biggest transfer saga just weeks after returning from his luxury summer break.

The wantaway superstar spent time with his family at two separate, sprawling resorts owned by Spurs’ billionaire chief Joe Lewis and, judging by the stunning views and activities on offer, it is little wonder he was delayed in returning home.
With Manchester City still firmly interested in signing him but struggling to match his £150million price tag, Kane is at an impasse with his boyhood club, and also angered them after reporting back late for training.

Having jetted out on his trips to the Bahamas and Florida soon after suffering Euro 2020 heartbreak against Italy, Kane touched back down in England later than initially planned, and only recently returned to the pitch.
Despite insisting he is innocent and pointing out that the sour feeling came about as a result of a communication breakdown, Kane has quickly been forced to shift from bathing in ultimate relaxation to scrabbling about to resolve his future.
To kickstart his holiday, Kane spent a week in Albany, a state-of-the-art complex on Lewis’ New Providence Island, which is located in the Caribbean. It was also co-founded by Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, as well as Justin Timberlake.
Kane was afforded the freedom of the 600-acre site set near the picturesque ocean. Private villas, home rentals and large yachts are available for visitors to stay in, and all incredibly come with their own private butlers and chefs.

The main drawback, however, is unsurprisingly the price. This is because the cheapest rooms at the jaw-dropping piece of real estate cost £2,050 per night, and the residences are priced upwards from £3.7million.
Those fortunate enough to splash the cash there are treated to a host of bonuses, though. An 18-hole championship golf course, which was designed by Els, is available to guests, and features a driving range and putting greens.
A large number of pools are dotted about, too, for people of all ages. A Treasure Island-theme water park has been created for children, while adults can try out the Azul Pool for their own tailor-made, peaceful experience.
There is also a fitness suite, spa, shop, tennis courts, padel courts and a salon at Albany, with watersports also an option – allowing Kane, his wife Katie and their three children to make the most of their trip to the sun-kissed paradise.

It is then believed that Kane headed over to the Isleworth Golf and Country Club near Orlando, Florida, which Lewis – who is valued at £3.64billion – also owns. The Sun claim Kane asked permission to spend another week there.
Isleworth’s location allowed the family to visit Disney World and other attractions in the area, and the site itself is ranked as one of the best country clubs in the world. Many celebrities and famous faces have been known to visit.
England captain Kane regularly plays golf in his spare time, and the 600-acre resort will have allowed him to make the most of the course, which is modelled in a Mediterranean style, set in the centre of it all.
To further wind down after a demanding campaign for both club and country, Kane may also have treated himself to a spot of tennis, making use of any of the six clay courts, as well as another modern fitness centre to stay in shape.

Watersports, such as paddle boarding or water-skiing, were also available on the lake nearby, and the group would have been able to take a long stroll down over seven miles of the shoreline to wind down after a busy day.
With a clubhouse, infinity pool, bar and grill and a splash pool for children, Kane was spoiled for choice during his stay in the United States, although he later returned to Tottenham after spending several days there to gear up for the new season.
Now faced with trying to secure a dream move to City, Kane believes that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has broken a promise to let him leave over the coming weeks. However, Sportsmail understands an official transfer request is unlikely.
City, having already offered £100m, would go up to £130m for Kane, but believe Levy’s valuation of their primary target is too high. That has left all parties at a crossroads with the days ticking down until the window slams shut.
