Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta insists the club’s transfer business is not finished for the summer but the Spaniard would happily work with the squad he has at his disposal.

The Gunners have so far signed Nuno Tavares, Ben White and Albert Lokonga but have been linked with a host of other names.

‘Well on this first period of the transfer window I think we have done a few things that we wanted to do,’ he said.

‘There is still a window to go. I am sure that things will happen either way. I am willing to work with the players that I have at the moment and get the best out of them.’

It’s been a difficult window. Probably a lot of things will happen in the last week or so.
