Ben White to have Arsenal medical

Ben White is set to undergo his medical in north London ahead of a 50 million pound move to Arsenal, according to Sky Sports.

The 23 year old Englishman made 36 appearances for Potter’s side last campaign, proving a crucial part of Brighton’s three man defence. It is expected that the Seagulls will sign a replacement, although who that is remains to be seen.

Brighton after Edouard

At the other end of the pitch, Brighton are thought to be showing interest in Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard according to the Daily Mail.

As per the outlet, Brighton are ready to offer up to 20 million pounds for the Frenchman, but will face competition from fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace. Both sides are in dire need of a goalscoring forward, and Edouard, a man who has netted 37 times in the last two seasons in the Scottish Premier League, could fit the bill.

Solly March to commit his future to Brighton

Solly March was a standout option for Brighton last campaign, filling in at left wing-back in Graham Potter’s 352 system and making 21 Premier League appearances. However, the 27 year old has just one year on his existing deal on the South Coast, meaning that he could walk away next summer.

However, according to 90min, March has agreed an extension at the Amex Stadium, although there is no indication of the length of any new deal. This will come as good news to Brighton fans, with March set to move into the peak of his playing career.
