Mesut Özil was once again showcased series of impressive display by netted a fantastic goal in Fenerbahce 2-1 win over Galatasary in the Turkish Super Lig at NEF Stadyumu on Sunday evening.

The ex-Arsenal and Real Madrid playmaker made his mark on the Istanbul derby on Sunday by scoring a sensational goal for Fenerbahce against Galatasary.

Özil, 33, latched onto a long ball, held his nerve and drilled a high shot past the opposition goalkeeper to level the scores, after Muhammed Kerem Aktürkoğlu scored an early goal put the Galatasary ahead in their local rivals.

Miguel Crespo netted a fantastic goal in the stoppage time to secured a dramatic victory for Fenerbahce in mouthwatering clash against Galatasary.
