Manchester United are pushing to sign Inter Milan fullback Denzel Dumfries next month.

La Gazzetta dello Sport says United are looking to sign Dumfries in the January transfer window.

Diogo Dalot is currently the Reds’ first-choice right-back, but Erik ten Hag wants to add competition in the position – especially with Aaron Wan-Bissaka having played just 76 minutes this season.

It was previously reported that Dumfries would only be sold in the summer for €60million, but Inter are now thought to be open to selling the player in the upcoming transfer window.

The report claims that Premier League rivals Chelsea are also keen on the player.
