Atletico Madrid have put Joao Felix up for sale ahead of the January market with a set price.
Felix made a formal transfer request this week, which has since been granted by Atletico.
AS says Atletico will seek to sell at a starting price of €100m.
PSG, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Manchester United have all been offered Felix by agent Jorge Mendes.
Arsenal are also in contact as they seek cover for injured striker Gabriel Jesus.
