Dominic Calvert-Lewin has suffered another injury blow after missing out on the England squad for the World Cup.

Calvert Lewin, 25, has sustained a dislocated shoulder as well as the hamstring injury in the defeat to Leicester last weekend.
That had put paid to any hopes Calvert-Lewin had of making the World Cup squad despite recent performances putting him back in contention.

Calvert-Lewin will see a specialist in the next 24 hours to assess the injured shoulder.
The forward first suffered the shoulder injury when making his first start of the season against Newcastle United on October 19.
Calvert-Lewin has continued to play on even when suffering a recurrence of the injury at Fulham two weeks ago.
This news comes as a blow for Frank Lampard, who will have been hoping Calvert-Lewin could return to his top form and help the Toffees climb away from the Premier League relegation zone.

It also comes as a blow to Calvert-Lewin who will no doubt have been secretly hoping for an unlikely call-up to the England squad heading off to Qatar, given his impressive international record of four goals in just 11 caps.
He has now been officially ruled out of making the squad along with the likes of Fikayo Tomori, Marc Guehi, Ivan Toney, Tammy Abraham and Jarrod Bowen.
The striker was part of Gareth Southgate’s squad at Euro 2020, but only featuring for all of 18 minutes from the bench as the Three Lions reached the final, where they lost on penalties to Italy.
James Maddison, Callum Wilson and Eric Dier among others have already been named in England’s World Cup squad for Qatar while Marcus Rashford is expected to earn a re-call into the squad.
It is expected Harry Kane, Wilson and Rashford will be Southgate’s options in attack rather than Abraham, Toney or even Calvert-Lewin that will board the plane.
