Chelsea will accept that star striker Romelu Lukaku will remain on loan at Inter Milan next season.
The Belgian signed for the London club in 2021 in a record deal of £97 million from Inter.
However, he struggled to show his best form in the Premier League, heading back to the San Siro stadium club a year later on loan.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport, all three parties want to extend the year’s loan to another season.
That would take Lukaku to the end of the 2023/2024 season with Inter.
The report adds that Chelsea and Inter want to negotiate a transfer fee for his permanent sale in 2024 as well.
