Chelsea football club of England were in action yesterday against fellow premier league club, Manchester City in the Porto’s all-English mouthwatering finals of the 2020/2021 UEFA champions league campaign at the Estadio de Dragao, Portugal.

The Blues were very impressive in the show of the night as they managed to outshined the Cityzen to claimed their second UCL title, been their first since 2012.

The game between the two sides was very intensed as they both put up some incredible and iconic displays in the long awaited clash, with nothing to separate them until the 43rd minutes when Mason Mount set up Kai Havertz for the opener to make it one nil going into the break.

In the second half of the game, the tempo got tensed up with some physical, tactical and technical displays from both ends to make the game more entertaining but none was able to found the back of the net, with all efforts to do so proving abortive and the game ended one nil at full time.

The only first half goal scored by the German maestro, Kai Havertz was enough to sealed the well deserved victory for the Blues in the crucial game of the night.

Chelsea with the win have now become the English premier league club with the most major trophies in the past 20 seasons, having added another to their cabinet.
