Adrian Grbic will not play any part at the Euros because his French club “lied” to him that Terem Moffi will merely be his cover only for the Nigeria star to emerge the top star of the team.
FC Lorient splashed a record 10 million Euros to sign Grbic but followed up with also signing Moffi for eight million Euros.
Grbic, who has been capped nine times by Austria, has now claimed the Ligue 1 club were not sincere with him as regards the role he will play following the arrival of Moffi.
“When Moffi came, I was told not to stress. He would not play many games,” a furious Grbic told APA.

However, in time Moffi became the team’s first-choice striker, scoring 15 goals in all competitions.
“I was able to train well, but it didn’t change anything,” Gribic slamented.
“We were in a relegation battle and I didn’t want to cause any problems. I was left alone. They ruined my year.”
“I do not wish this on anyone. It will be difficult to work together again”, Gribic added.
“I hope next season will be better wherever it is.”
