Racing Club president Victor Blanco has declared midfielder Carlos Alcaraz could move to Inter Milan.

Inter have been linked with the youngster, along with Arsenal and Tottenham.

Blanco told AS: “The strong relationship cultivated between Inter and Racing could help the Nerazzurri to take Carlos.”

The 19-year-old has a contract to 2026 with Racing.

He could leave for around €18m in January, with Racing having already refused €15m from Porto.
