Edin Dzeko has agreed to a pay-cut to stay with Inter Milan.

Off contract in June, the veteran striker has agreed terms over a new 12 month deal. Only minor details now need to be ironed out.

L’Interista says the deal includes the option for a further season.

Dzeko has also agreed to drop his salary from €5m to €3m in order to stay on next term.

The Bosnian is expected to soon put pen to paper.
