Inter Milan are rethinking plans of keeping hold of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

La Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter are counting their sums after Lukaku suffered a relapse to his thigh injury this week.
Inter have paid €12m this season for Lukaku’s loan, which has currently cost them €46,000-a-minute.
It’s been mooted Inter are open to extending the striker’s loan into next season at the same price.
However, the Belgian’s injury problems are forcing a rethink inside the Nerazzurri.
